One shop for the machine, the fix and the refill.
Office equipment fails in small ways first. A streak down the page, a grey copy, a camera that goes dark at night. Upixel exists to deal with those faults quickly and to supply the replacement when a repair no longer makes sense.
We work on the equipment and we sell it, so the advice you get is not tied to one outcome. If a roller and a refill will do the job, that is what we will tell you.

What equipment does Upixel service?
Printers, copiers and photocopiers, scanners, CR scanners, laptops and CCTV camera systems. We also refill toner and ink cartridges.
Do you sell equipment as well as repair it?
Yes. We sell everything we service: printers, copiers, scanners, CR scanners, refurbished laptops, CCTV cameras, cartridges and consumables.
Should I repair my printer or replace it?
We check the machine first. If the repair is sensible for its age and usage we fix it. If it is not, we tell you and suggest a replacement that suits your print volume.
Do you refill both toner and ink cartridges?
Yes. We refill toner cartridges for laser printers and copiers and ink cartridges for inkjet printers, and replace worn cartridge parts when needed.
Are your refurbished laptops tested?
Every refurbished laptop is checked before sale. Ask us for the configuration you need and we will show you what is in stock.
Do you offer pickup, or do you come to us?
We come to you. Service is done on site at your home, shop or office. We do not offer a pickup service.
